Contact LinkedIntel
Email contact@linkedintel.ai for anything — support, billing, refunds, privacy requests, or a question about whether the tool fits your workflow. Replies come within one business day and usually the same day. If a call is faster, book 15 minutes.
Which channel to use
| Channel | Best for | Response |
|---|---|---|
| Email support [email protected] | Bugs, billing, refunds, account and privacy requests | Within one business day, usually the same day |
| Book a call 15-minute demo or walkthrough | Evaluating the tool for a team, or a workflow question that is faster to show than to type | Pick any open slot in the calendar |
| Chrome Web Store Extension listing and reviews | Install problems, permission questions, and public feedback | We read every review |
What we can help with
Installing and running the extension. The extension
works on LinkedIn profile and company pages. If the panel does not appear, the usual causes
are a stale content script after an update (reload the LinkedIn tab) or a LinkedIn URL
outside /in/ and
/company/, which the
extension deliberately cannot read. Send us the URL and we will confirm which it is.
Credits, limits, and billing. Free accounts get 10 analyses a month, revisits to an entity you already analysed are free, and credits on paid plans do not expire. If your counter looks wrong, send the email on the account and we will check the usage log against it.
Accuracy problems. Analyses are generated from live web research, so a wrong company match or a stale figure is worth reporting with the LinkedIn URL attached. Those reports are what improve the prompts.
Privacy, deletion, and data requests. Handled by email, manually, from the address on the account. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored and what a deletion removes.
Whether it is the right tool. Sometimes the honest answer is no. If your bottleneck is contact data or sequences rather than qualification, the comparison pages say so plainly, and we would rather point you at the right tool than sell you the wrong one.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly does LinkedIntel respond to support email?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. LinkedIntel is a small team, so email goes to a person rather than a queue. If you have not heard back in two business days, reply to your own message to bump it — that is the fastest way to surface something we missed.
What should I include in a bug report?
The LinkedIn URL you were on, what you expected, what happened instead, your extension version from chrome://extensions, and a screenshot if the layout looks wrong. That is normally enough to reproduce it without a back-and-forth.
Do you offer phone support?
Not as a general channel. Support runs on email, and anything that is genuinely faster on a call gets a scheduled 15-minute slot. Booking a call is open to everyone, not just paying customers.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] with the address you paid from. Credits on paid plans do not expire, so if the tool was not what you expected, say so and we will sort it out. The terms of service set out the formal position.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email [email protected] from the account address and ask. There is no self-service delete button in the dashboard yet, so it is handled manually. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and what deletion removes.
Do you do integrations or partnerships?
Worth asking. LinkedIntel has no CRM integration today and is honest about that in every comparison on the site. If you want one, tell us which CRM and what the workflow looks like — that feedback is what moves it up the list.
