Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the LinkedIntel Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

LinkedIntel ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Service Description

LinkedIntel is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered sales intelligence for LinkedIn profiles and company pages. The Service includes:

• • Buying signal and red flag detection
• • Financial momentum analysis
• • Decision maker intelligence
• • Tech stack and hiring signal detection

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Account Types

• • Anonymous: 3 analyses without registration
• • Free: 10 analyses per month with Google sign-in
• • Paid Plans: Pro and Business tiers with increased limits

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Usage Limits and Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit limit. Credits are consumed when analyzing unique entities (companies or profiles). Cached results do not consume additional credits for 24 hours.

Credits reset monthly on your subscription anniversary date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or credits.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• • Violate any laws or regulations
• • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or User Agreement
• • Use the Service for any automated or bulk data scraping
• • Share your account credentials with others
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service analyzes publicly available information from LinkedIn and other web sources. We do not access your LinkedIn messages, connections, or private information.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and technology, is owned by LinkedIntel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes only.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information provided by the Service is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for business decisions.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKEDINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
